Titan Florida, Inc. has an opening for a Haul Truck Driver for the Estero, FL aggregates plant. This wage non-exempt position is assigned to the Corkscrew Mine and will report directly to the Supervisor.

• Perform a pre-shift inspection on equipment. Fill out all required documentation and submit it daily.
• Drive an automatic transmission, Diesel-powered haul truck to/from the dragline pile. Be capable of utilizing mirrors to back up a 45-ton class articulated haul truck.
• Haul limestone to surge pile as main activity, stockpile materials as required.
• Respectfully communicate with the excavator operator, plant operator, and supervision.
• Maintain equipment in a clean and safe manner. Report all safety concerns.
• Perform utility tasks such as shoveling, water hosing, and others when the haul fleet is down and as required.
• Perform safety inspections and actively participate in the safety meetings.
• Perform preventive maintenance on the equipment as required, including washing, cleaning, and checking for PM intervals.
• Perform safety checks and follow all required safety rules and regulations (company & MSHA).

• Basic knowledge of site development and limestone crushing practices.
• Basic knowledge of equipment operation, specifically off-road, articulated haul trucks.
• Maintain a current Florida Driver’s License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Ability to work well with others and take care of your equipment.
• Capable of working in confined spaces.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to walk, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk and hear.
• Safety-minded.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Shift:

Must be able to work weekends and overtime as necessary.
