Titan Florida LLC has an excellent opportunity for a Block Dispatch Manager in our Deerfield Beach Corporate Office located in Deerfield Beach, FL. This exempt position will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain. The primary function of this position is to manage the daily operations of the Block Dispatch Department.

• Managing the daily operations of the Block Dispatch Department. This includes defining roles, responsibilities, payroll, and scheduling staff to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Meet quarterly with Region / Product Line Leadership to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement in the service delivery processes. 
• Visit in the field and build relationships with appropriate personnel with Top Accounts. This includes Commercial and Retail.
• Evaluate teams’ performance, through key metrics, phone recordings and feedback from the business.
• Hire, Train, Develop and when necessary, follow the discipline process to ensure a high performing team.
• Work with the Block Production Team throughout the state, to understand production schedule and collaborate on needs based on forecast and incoming orders. 
• Meet with Block Haulers on a quarterly basis, to share business expectations and forecasts in the various markets around the state. 
• Work with the Freight Department / Haulers to understand challenges and through root cause analysis, develop improvement plans to implement in the business.
• Work with customers / haulers to resolve disputes in delivery of product.
• Proactively reach out to customers to ensure customer satisfaction with the products and delivery.
• Work with Dispatch Team to ensure projects are set up in the system accurately, which includes customer name, address and products required.
• Track rail deliveries to plants / distribution yards, to manage efficient routing of rail cars. Communicate any issues with FEC directly.
• Evaluate opportunities within digital platforms to improve our overall workflow and efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Supply Chain management.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Proficiency with logistics/transportation management software.
• 3 years of experience in product dispatch, logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
• A degree in Business Administration or Logistics is often preferred.
