Janitor/Housekeeper

Titan Florida LLC has an excellent opportunity for a Janitor/Housekeeper at our Medley Plant. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and sanitary work environment. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, reliable, and able to work independently while supporting overall plant operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and disinfect offices, restrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, conference rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Monitor janitorial and sanitary supply inventory for assigned areas.
• Notify the Facilities Manager of low or missing supplies to ensure proper restocking.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to the Facilities Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in both indoor and outdoor plant areas as assigned.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when working in offices, conference rooms, and administrative areas.
• Other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager or Management.

Work Environment & Conditions:

• Work is performed in an industrial plant environment.
• Exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, and cleaning chemicals.
• Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as assigned.
• May involve working around heavy equipment and active operations.

Qualifications:

• Safety-minded with a strong commitment to safe work practices.
• Good communication skills
• Good organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds.
• Integrity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically able to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and use hands for cleaning tasks.
• Ability to hear and communicate effectively in a plant environment.

Shift:

Regular shift: 4:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Must be flexible to work assigned shifts, including overtime, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
