We are looking for a skilled and motivated Weigh Master/QC to join our Titan Mid-Atlantic Aggregates team in Troutville, VA. This position will be responsible for accurately accounting for incoming and outgoing materials, performing quality control testing to ensure product compliance, and providing high levels of customer service and support.

• Operate truck scale and ticket all materials being sold
• Interact with customers and haulers in a professional and courteous manner
• Prepare daily cash sales reports and deposits as required
• Prepare daily sales and production reports
• Perform routine QC tests on aggregate products, including gradations, moisture contents, densities, and other required quality checks
• Collect and label material samples in accordance with company and regulatory standards
• Document and report QC test results, immediately communicating any out-of-spec material to production personnel
• Maintain QC testing equipment, ensuring proper calibration, cleanliness, and safe operation
• Complete product gradation tests and reports
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

• High School education; some college preferred
• Must have at least two years’ experience working in an office or operations environment
• Must have the ability to communicate and work well with others
• Requires proficiency with computer programs such as MS Office and SAP
• Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work overtime as required
• Prior QC or lab testing experience preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to lift and handle material samples (typically 30–50 lbs) and work in outdoor/plant environments when collecting samples
