Responsibilities

  1. Complete the Bureau of Labor Statistics surveys for the various locations.
  2. Prepare and submit the Multiple Worksite Report for Virginia, Florida and North Carolina.
  3. Assist employees and managers with login issues on the UKG Clocks, Web Clock, and mobile application.
  4. Serve as a backup to the Payroll System Administrator for payroll maintenance and UKG security setup, ensuring adherence to SOX compliance procedures.
  5. Manage and report on open UKG cases.
  6. Submit payroll tax payment coding to accounting, following SOX compliance procedures.
  7. Oversee the FMLA and STD plans with Lincoln Financial. 
  8. Create Friday STD report for HR and payroll.
  9. Assist Human Resources Manager with questions about FMLA or STD claims.
  10. Monitor the Payroll Tax inbox and notify relevant parties of issues as necessary.
  11. Handle unemployment claims received by the department, ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate HR Manager for completion.
  12. Assist Wellness Program in providing administrative support
