The Cement Weigh Master in the Cement Division of the Titan America Pennsuco Plant in Medley, Florida. This wage non-exempt position is assigned to the Production Department and will report to the Pack House and/or Cement Loadout Supervisor. The Cement Loadout Weigh Master will be the conductor of the scales operation along with a Cement Loadout Utility who will be their eyes and hands in the field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform all required safety checks and follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Must be capable and required to act as Cement Loadout Utility when necessary.
• Operate and control all scales in the Cement Scale house without assistance during all shifts.
• Must be able to prioritize the Cement Loadout Utilities tasks.
• Interact with customers and freight vendors.
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Provide consistent e-mail updates regarding scale operation and truck times as required.
• Must provide assistance to Mechanics and Electricians as necessary.
• Publishing of all daily reports.
• Housekeeping of all 3 scales and 4 gangways.
• Report equipment breakdowns and generate Work Orders.
• Follow all communication guidelines and processes.
• Record all downtimes, including scale down time and significant material spills, in a clear and concise manner.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to speak, read and write English and Spanish.
• Must be able to create and send Emails.
• Physically fit to handle lifting at least 94 lbs.
• Ability to work well with others and customers.
• Basic computer knowledge MS Office, JWS, Steel Roads, PLC programs.
• Able to climb stairs and perform outdoor physical work.
• Able to walk, kneel crouch, crawl, talk and hear.
• High School Diploma or GED; or 3 or more years related experience and/or training.
• High degree of accuracy in a fast paced and multi-task environment.
• Have a current valid driver’s licenses.

Shift:

Overnight Sift [10:00PM-6:00AM].  Rotating shifts as requested.  Must be able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as necessary.
