Titan Florida LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Center Sand Mine located in Clermont, FL. This salary exempt position will report directly to the Production Manager. This position will be responsible for managing the daily production, meeting productivity targets, and managing the daily and long-term maintenance duties for the equipment.

• Ensure a safe workplace is maintained, complying with company policies and MSHA regulations.
• Manage the daily production, meet productivity targets, and manage the daily and long-term maintenance duties for the equipment.
• Manage the daily activities of the Scale House/Load Out, perpetuating the satisfaction of our customers.
• Implement preventive maintenance program. Inspect, troubleshoot, and schedule repairs on complex industrial equipment and systems.
• Lead, inspire, and develop staff. Coordinate the training of new employees as required and cross-train existing employees to support day-to-day operations and vacancies.
• Occasionally fill in for plant employees; to include operating equipment and other responsibilities as necessary.
• Maintain and present records and reports as required.
• Implement continuous improvement programs for both the mining and aggregates operations.
• Follows environmental regulations & best practices

• High school diploma (or equivalent), plus 3 -5 years of industrial/production supervisory experience, preferably in a mineral processing or dredging facility.
• Basic knowledge of budgeting and process improvement.
• Must show a willingness to learn, be adaptable, and have a desire to take ownership of the operation.
• Passionate about training and developing talent.
• Have a good knowledge of maintenance practices and working experience with troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and pumping systems.
• Knowledge of aggregate operations preferred. Prior dredge, load out, or plant operation experience highly desirable.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written; Spanish language a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Proficiency in ERP software (DataStream/SAP), preferred.
• Maintain a current Florida Driver’s License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Able to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, see, talk, and hear.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
